All Sales Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Description of the issue

Once approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • Store credit (depending on availability)


Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, but exchanges may be considered in special cases if:

  • The item is unused
  • In original condition
  • With tags and packaging intact


Customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Shipping for the replacement item

 

Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Final sale or clearance items


Shipping Costs
